Hi, I’m NickiiJean

NickiiJean (Nicole Alexander) is a seasoned Applied Behavior Therapist with over 15 years of experience in clinical intervention, parent training, shadow teaching, and vocational support in the United States and GCC Region. Her expertise lies in fostering independence and social development for individuals with diverse needs.

In 2016, Nicole co-founded The Life Skills HUB, an inclusive center dedicated to enhancing social and vocational skills for children and young adults. Beyond her work in behavioral therapy, she is a passionate advocate for women's health and gynecological cancer awareness through The Teal Society Charity Which was founded in the US in honor of her mother who passed away from Vaginal Cancer.

Nicole is also an author, having published Kaida’s Magical Naptime in 2019—a book designed to help children develop positive naptime routines. Through her work, she continues to challenge stereotypes, promote inclusion, and make a meaningful impact in both the autism and women's health communities.
